is often used in conjunction with an application to reserve a
corporate name
The Notice of Transfer of Reserved Name form is used for
informing the local office that the company, which reserved the
name, relinquishes its exclusive right to use the said corporate
name, and willfully transfers the same right to another company.
This form is needed especially if the transfer has to be done in
less than the one hundred twenty days validity period of the
reservation of the corporate name.
